Terms and Conditions for DSaladin, Inh. D. Saladin This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you (either as an individual or as a legal entity) and DSaladin, Inh. D. Saladin ("Licensor") for the use of the software application ("App") provided by the Licensor. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this EULA. 1. Definitions Company: DSaladin, Inh. D. Saladin. Customer: Any entity or individual who purchases licenses to use our software applications. Apps: Software provided by DSaladin, Inh. D. Saladin, including all updates and enhancements. License: Licenses purchased for the use of our Apps. 2. License Grant We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Apps for internal business purposes, subject to timely payment of applicable fees. 3. Ownership and Protection of Rights We retain all ownership rights to the Apps, which are protected by intellectual property laws. The Apps are licensed, not sold. 4. Restrictions No copying except for backup. No reverse engineering or derivation of source code. No modifications or adaptations. No rental, leasing, resale, or sublicensing. 5. Data Usage We may collect technical data for product support and improvement, used anonymously. 6. Third-Party Links We are not responsible for third-party website content or links provided for convenience. 7. Updates and Support Updates and additional components are governed by these terms. 8. Upgrades Upgrades require an existing license of the Apps. 9. Non-Resale Products Products marked as "Not for Resale" are for demonstration, testing, or evaluation only. 10. Export Restrictions The Apps are subject to geographical restrictions per Microsoft Dynamics 365 guidelines. 11. Product Transfer Apps cannot be transferred to another entity. Use by multiple users is restricted as per Microsoft licensing policies. 12. Termination We may terminate the license if terms are violated. Upon termination, use of the Apps must cease and all copies destroyed. 13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The Apps are provided "as is," with no warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Apps. 14. Open Source Components Some components of the Apps may be licensed under the MIT license. Indemnification Customers agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from their use of the Apps or breach of these terms. 16. Severability If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect. 17. Governing Law These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is in Aargau, Switzerland. 18.
